Arnaldo joined CSI in 2002 as managing director of CSI Latina Financial, a holding company for CSI’s Latin American subsidiaries. In addition to serving as CSI Latina Financial’s president, he was promoted to president of CSI’s international division in 2009, overseeing subsidiaries in Europe, Latin America and Asia. In 2016, he was named president, overseeing worldwide sales and marketing. Prior to CSI, Arnaldo was managing director at El Camino Resources de America Latina, Inc; associate director of lease finance at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC); and an analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Arnaldo received a bachelor’s degree in business from Audrey Cohen College in 1992.
Steve joined CSI in 1983 as a corporate attorney before becoming general counsel in 1988. Beginning in 1999, he led CSI’s international expansion to Europe, Latin America, and Asia until becoming president and COO in 2008. In 2016, he was named vice chairman and CEO, then chairman in 2018. Prior to CSI, Steve was an associate with law firm Susman, Schermer, Rimmel & Parker and a clerk to the Honorable George F. Gunn, Jr., on the Missouri Court of Appeals. He serves on the College of Business Leadership Council at the University of Missouri – St Louis, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1977. Steve also received a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in 1980. In 2022, he was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Steve was also the recipient of the Distinguished Career Achiever Award at the 2013 Salute to Business Achievement Awards presented by the UMSL College of Business. Steve is a member of the Regional Business Council of St. Louis.
Toshio moved to St. Louis from Tokyo in 2015 to join CSI’s board of directors on behalf of Tokyo Century Corporation and is currently vice chairman. In addition, he is managing executive officer and president of international business unit 2 for Tokyo Century, responsible for oversight and development of global business in the Americas, Europe and other new markets. Prior to moving to St. Louis, he was deputy department president and general manager of Tokyo Century. He has also worked for Mizuho Corporate Bank, CIT Group and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank. He is currently a board member of the Japan America Society of St. Louis. Toshio received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2005 and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo in 1986.
Martin joined CSI Leasing in 2005 as an international management associate. In this position his main focus was on international operations and acquisitions. In 2007 he was promoted to managing director, Central and Eastern Europe overseeing the region’s expansion and results. He also co-manages our recently opened facility CSI Lifecycle Europe in Bratislava, Slovakia. Martin holds an MBA degree in international business from the University of Missouri- St. Louis where he graduated summa cum laude. He is currently a member of the American Chamber of Commerce and serves on its Business and Academic Committee.
Barry joined CSI in 2000 as Managing Director of our UK subsidiary before being promoted to European Director in 2008. In 2016 he was promoted to International Controller and maintains responsibility for credit underwriting in our European operations. Prior to joining CSI, Barry worked in commercial lending. He received a bachelor’s degree with honours in history and economics from the University of Lancaster in 1986 and his Master of Business Administration specialising in financial services from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998.
